'Vacation is a state of mind'. This is the philosophy of Italian niche accessory brand AMMA, founded by Luisella Zeppa, a brilliant and experienced lawyer- she started her career at age of 27- who has finally listened to her heart to achieve her dream of turning herself into a talented and passionate bag designer. Inspired by some fashion sketches of her late beloved granny, a dressmaker at the Roman atelier of famous Fontana Sisters from whom she inherited her strong passion for fashion and haute-couture, Luisella has started from scratch a new exciting professional journey, she is so proud of. In 2015, supported by her husband, the happy and busy mum-of- 4 (Ludovico -20-, Tommaso -18-, Giulia -15- and the little one Guglielmo -3-) went back to school to learn and train. After some years of practice, she finally found her new path. It is how AMMA- which stands for Mamma, mum in Italian-, was born. Slowly but surely. Sharing its values of high quality, unicity, elegance, Italian craftsmanship and its sustainable approach with a growing international community of timeless, seasonless and sophisticated collections lovers. Working and modern women and mothers, as the founder and entrepreneur herself, who are caring about the environment and has chosen slow fashion. Because 'Less is more' and quality prevails over quantity, AMMA is about a limited and exclusive luxury production. Only a few pieces designed and manufactured with love thanks to a unique Italian know-how using sustainable materials (ex.recycled python leather, marsh grasses, rattan...). AMMA bags are entirely 'Made in Italy', stand out of the crowd and last a lifetime.
