Every human being is constantly evolving. Each person is a work in progress. All life long. Every man. Every woman. As talented Lyon-based French artist and self-taught costume jewelry designer Anne Thomas, who is right now beginning an exciting new creative chapter of her already successful career. After launching, alone, her first eponymous jewelry brand ANNE THOMAS in 2005, and then the footwear line in 2015 together with a former co-founder, the French female founder is now back on track. Full of new positive and creative energy, she is proudly starting fresh on her own. Recently she has indeed launched her new jewelry brand called ENNATO. A fancy and Japanese-styled- she loves the land of the rising sun- name born from an unexpected mix of 'ENNA', which stands for her first name ANNE written backwards and 'To' , the start of her surname THOMAS. More than ever, following no trend only her instincts and her creativity and forced by no pression, Anne is looking forward to exploring at 360° the creative process (testing new shapes, volumes, materials -From ceramic to gold plated brass-) and to designing, completely free and slowly, unique, minimalist, ultra-feminine, often oversized, and timeless little pieces of Art, handmade by small artisans based in Lyon and its area. ENNATO was truly born as the personal, intimate and artistic expression of the mature and committed female Artist and creative mind she has become. The self-taught designer, who has found her true path in her early twenties and was lucky enough to shortly train and learn the technical part at the Contemporary Jewellery school ALCHIMIA in Florence in 2010, has grown. It has been such an unforgettable, beautiful and useful experience, which has resolutely influenced her whole journey until today. Anne is now an accomplished woman and mother, who knows exactly what makes her happy in life and at work. Every single piece (Earrings, always first, necklaces, rings, bracelets) is designed in her workshop located in the heart of Lyon, a beautiful French city included on the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 1998. As she considers herself, above all, as an artist, ENNATO's founder has found the perfect innovative way to pay tribute to her beloved creations: she has decided to collaborate with International photographers and artists she values and is a big fan of as talented Japanese artist Taro or French Photographer and Art Director Olivia Thebaut. She is used to sending them some selected samples of her new collections. The latter have then a free rein for the shooting. The result is always an astonishing surprise. For herself and for the whole community, which has supported her from the beginning. It is always an emotion for Anne discovering her own universe through the eyes of other talented creatives. Unlike most people, who feel nostalgic of a past they are often stuck in, Anne has chosen to flow. Going on evolving. In her personal life. In her art. Always ready for new incoming artistic collaborations.
