Established on 09/11/2021 in Seregno, a city located in Lombardy, not far away from the metropolis of Milan, the Italian indie premium eco-conscious skincare brand Skean® is turning 2. For its proud and happy co-founder Anna Confalonieri, it is a true entrepreneurial milestone and a personal blessing. The confirmation that chasing her long-lasting passion for skincare and starting a new career from scratch after spending two decades in the field of telecommunications, was the right decision to make. The mum of a 5-year-old boy called Mattia is lucky to manage the young and promising business with her husband and co-founder Massimo. Together they are a strong and winning team. As a new female entrepreneur at her first dealings, who takes very seriously her new professional journey, Anna can rely on her trusted partner for all the steps. All the decisions are indeed made by mutual agreement. Skean®, whose name is a smart mix between Skin and Clean, is more than a simple skincare brand out on the market, to Anna. 'The latter has indeed become her second child' as she tells, smiling. An extension of herself as a woman'. Its launch represented a personal big change and the beginning of a new life for her. As she has dreamt it, Skean® is an essential, clean, vegan-friendly, cruelty-free and innovative beauty routine for perfect skin that doesn't compromise. With passion and dedication, Anna is working hard, together with Massimo and their partners in charge of the production, to provide a range of '100 % Made in Italy' niche high-performance products, that are safe -Nickel and Paraben free tested-, effective and gentle to the skin and the environment. Products that are primarily composed of natural ingredients (minimum 91%), blended with high-tech actives that enhance their performance. As sustainability is a corporate priority since day one, the committed-to-the-environment brand has replaced all the added water in the formulas with Cytofruit Waters® derived from recovery juices from the processing of bergamot fruit.
