Italy

Leading a fast-paced life in a chaotic metropolis is surely challenging and can sometimes be very hard on you on a daily basis. Being able to enjoy the warmth and the safety of a cozy  little shelter where to slow down and relax at night after work, during the weekends or on vacation, is truly a must to be grateful for. Established in Milan in 2017 by a duo of talented female architects with a preference for sustainable and slow architecture, in 2023, Studio Falù has turned a 70-mq apartment nestled in the heart of the metropolis, very closed to the district of La Martesana into an elegant, luminous, contemporary and functional home sweet home with a home office. This one-of-a-kind bespoke full-renovation project was called in a funny way 'Lupo Mangia Frutta' (wolf eating fruits). True to their philosophy and core values and deeply believing in the virtuous Less is more concept, the Italian Linda Greco and her business partner and co-founder the Swiss-Spanish Ela Fernandez Langenegger have chosen to create a minimalist timeless Scandinavian interior. They have reorganized the space at disposal with purpose and mindfulness: chasing the light as the wolf chases fruits and fulfilling the needs and expectations of the owner Beatrice. The entire apartment is now easy to live in. Following their commitment towards the environment, they have designed tailored-made eco-conscious and premium furnishings with clean lines that ensure maximum comfort and aesthetics in every room. The materials used are exclusively refined, natural- a lot of wood- and eco-friendly. The choice of neutral and soft colors contributes to the surrounding harmony. The flat is a welcoming space in the city with a soul that perfectly reflects the personality of the happy owner and the style of  the Milanese Interior design studio. A place where to live consciously and enjoy simplicity, the new luxury.
