The International home building industry has changed to fit customer's new needs. More and more people are indeed looking for a sustainable architecture. Lots of them are in search of an happy place in the countryside, sometimes even off the grid, to live a slow and sustainable life. Architects and designers are to be on the same page. They have to adapt and innovate. Latvian-based company Manta North, founded in 2018 by a team of timber-industry professionals, does it every day. As the name 'Manta' means, they do 'good things'. They entered the international market  with a simple, timeless, functional and green solution: a carbon negative prefabricated, modular, energy-efficient, tiny (25 or 48 sqm) home which can be ordered online, produced in 12-16 weeks, delivered,  installed and configured in a few hours. The design is scandinavian-inspired style.  All the materials (Cross Laminated Tinter, Glass..) used for the construction are sustainable and eco-friendly. Each home is equipped with intelligent technologies. You can choose your model (Slope, Ray or Weekend) and upgrades, like solar panels on the roof. What you need then is to quickly find and buy your dreamy piece of land. Good Luck.
