It came out of the blue. As new owner (she took over in 1994) of the Bregenzerwald valley -based Hotel Post Bezau which belongs to her family -5 generations- since 1850, in 2003, she started to look for some natural cosmetics brand for the hotel's Spa Ethos, a space devoted to the concept of wellness. And, what a good surprise, she found the perfect local producer on site, just around the corner. The adventure began. The Susanne Kaufmann skincare brand was born. Fascinated with plants and the natural actives they provide since ever, Susanne has an holistic approach and believes in their power to make the skin healthier and allow its vitality and beauty to shine. By using powerful local erbs and plants and high technology through a 100 % sustainable process, the Susanne Kaufmann's products are as natural, efficient and sustainable as possible.
