Nowadays, fortunately, more and more human beings aspire to live an eco-conscious life with a purpose and a real commitment. To make a difference. Because Sustainability has not to be considered anymore only as the trend of the moment. On the contrary, the latter is a necessity and a duty. As a citizen but also as a founder and entrepreneur, engaging in  the virtuous Circular economy has to become a priority.  After graduating and working for a few years in Rome and Florence, back home in Altamura, Apulian architects Lucia Berloco and Vittoria Moramarco felt the need of playing their part in the process.  In May 2021, in order to satisfy their common passion for design and fabrics, the Italian female duo founded REFABRIC, a young and promising committed-to-the-environment brand of 'LITTLE THINGS FOR THE FUTURE' (accessories like practical tote-bags and home accessories).  Unique durable creations with an original zigzag seams signature and whose design is inspired by Pop Culture and the 1970's.  One-of-a-kind pieces that are slowly, locally and ethically produced in small batches by local artisans and craftsmen by reusing premium fabric waste and scraps from textile mills. As role models, Lucia and Vittoria, don't forget that every day, you can do your bit and start reducing, recycling and reusing from now on. The future of the planet is in your hands. It is never too late.
